At RassRang, we strive to ensure a delightful shopping experience. Every product is carefully curated and quality-checked. However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
The return request is raised within [X days] of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices are intact
⚠️ Returns requested due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
Fragile décor items once used or installed
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
To initiate a return:
Log in to your RassRang account
Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Request Return
OR
Email us at support@rassrang.com with:
Order ID
Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
Reason for return
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Return pickup will be arranged by RassRang or the Seller, depending on serviceability.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during approval.
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
If the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected.
Rejected products will be shipped back to the customer.
Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated within [X–Y business days].
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).
⏳ Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Replacement timelines will be communicated once the request is approved.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
Only part of the order is returned
Promotional discounts or offers were applied
The product shows signs of use or missing accessories
Products sold on RassRang may be fulfilled by independent Sellers.
Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, and authenticity.
RassRang facilitates returns and refunds in accordance with platform policies.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests.
Certain made-to-order or customized items may not be eligible for cancellation.
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product inside is not considered a valid reason for return.
RassRang reserves the right to:
Limit or deny returns in cases of excessive or fraudulent requests
Suspend accounts involved in misuse of the return policy
